New URL for Metadata Downloader

In September a new URL was activated for the 黑料吃瓜网 Metadata Downloader. We have a redirect URL in place directing any traffic from the previous URL to the new one, therefore access to the downloader should remain uninterrupted. We do encourage you to update any bookmarks you may have since the redirect will only be in place until the end of 2020.
